A new hula beginner class has started on August 18th, 2011

Every interested people are welcome to dance and to share the Aloha spirit with us

We meet us every  Thursday  8.00 pm to 9.15 pm in Buchholz i.d.N., Heideschule Buchholz, Buenser Weg 39

Indication for train passangers: The possibility to pick you up will be, but please heed the time of arrival regarding to the start of the class.  !!!

The "older" hula class of me practice every Tuesday (7 to 8.15 pm) in Buchholz i.d.N. (South of Hamburg), Birkenschule Buchholz, An Boern's Soll 1. Everybody (aged 14) is welcome to share the spirit of Aloha and Hula with us. Language won't be a problem. New participants are welcome and can be promoted before or after class for easier entrance into the group ;-)). During the school holidays (Lower Saxony), we pause too.

Basically I teach alternate the different dances of the Hawaiian Islands - Hula Kahiko (the tradition Hula) and Hula Auana (the modern Hula). For the traditional Kahiko you learn the "Kahea" (call to every verse) or sometimes even the whole " 'oli" (recitative / Chant) in the hawaiian language. My motto is: Everyone can do - but it's not a must!

A new class for kids will start soon. Every Tuesday we will practice from 5.00 pm to 6.15 pm. Minimun for the class is 4 children. To register please call 01577 - 40 388 25 or e-mail me at Kontakt@Hula-Dance-4u.de. 

The children will learn the different dances of the Hawaiian Islands too. The Hula Kahiko and Hula Auana will be more easier. The foundations for "Kahea" and " 'oli" be placed on a smaller level. The kids also learn some parts of the Hawaiian Culture - for example: the love and understanding for each other, singing together for opening the lesson, some basically words in the hawaiian language....  My motto for the kids is: Anything can - but nothing has!

Workshops for beginners I offer several times in a year with centralization on dance in a lower level. Also sometimes I offer workshops for beginners and middle class - too with centralization on dance with a bit higher level. The dates are always announced timely.
